You read that correctly. Register guns in America, and then give foreign governments access to the information. You can't make up shit like this. How do people feel about our government AND the governments of foreign nations knowing that Joe Citizen of 123 Main st., owns specific firearms?

Canadian border control already has access to USA citizen arrest records, dating all the way back to the 1950's..... even juvenile records.
A minor consuming from 40 years ago can stop from crossing the Canadian border.
